Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter
1 packet (1 oz) dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 cups cooked white rice
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and place in a baking dish.
In the same skillet, add the dry Italian dressing mix, golden mushroom soup, white wine, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked white rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
