Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups mixed greens

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Peanut Dressing:

1 teaspoon grated ginger
2–3 tablespoons warm water (to thin the dressing)
Crispy Wonton Strips:
10 wonton wrappers, cut into thin strips
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
Cook the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Let cool, then slice into strips.
