1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios

1/4 cup finely chopped almonds

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 cup honey (for drizzling after baking)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

In a small bowl, combine chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.

Gently fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
