Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mashed bananas, stirring until well combined.
Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy!
