1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the shrimp.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and shrimp, stirring well to coat everything evenly.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy this spicy and creamy Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta.
