1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sliced dill pickles


Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the special sauce.

Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a generous amount of special sauce over each one.

Divide cooked ground beef evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out into a line down the center of each.

Top each with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced dill pickles.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
