- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir gently until just combined (do not overmix).
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
- Use full-fat mayonnaise for the best flavor and texture.
- For extra flavor, brush the tops with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
- Biscuits are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven to refresh them.
