Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined and a dough forms.
Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars until evenly distributed.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil or shortening. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift the balls out of the chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
Place the chocolate-coated balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Serve and enjoy these delicious Butterfinger Balls!
