Description

Cheesecake Tacos are a fun and delicious twist on two classic favorites—cheesecake and tacos! Featuring crispy graham cracker-coated shells filled with creamy cheesecake filling and topped with fresh berries, they’re perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want to impress with a unique dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh berries, for garnish
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray both sides of the tortillas with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on both sides of each tortilla and press gently to adhere.
  4. Drape tortillas over two bars of the oven rack to form taco shell shapes. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  7. Fill each cooled taco shell with cheesecake filling.
  8. Top with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store-bought taco shells can be used for convenience.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake filling for 15–20 minutes before filling for firmer texture.
  • Try using chocolate chips or caramel drizzle for extra flavor.
  • Best served the same day to keep the shells crispy.
