1 lb ground beef
1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, until heated through.
While the meat mixture is simmering, cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.

Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, garlic side up. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the bread is lightly toasted.
Remove the bread from the oven and spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly over both halves.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the sloppy joe mixture.
Return the bread to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
