Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Sour cream (optional, for serving)
Diced tomatoes (optional, for serving)
Sliced jalapeños (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the beef. Stir until well combined and let simmer for a few minutes.
Add salsa to the skillet and mix well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the beef mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the top.
Cover the skillet and let it cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños if desired.
