Ingredients
16 large white mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
8 oz lump crab meat
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning until well combined.
Gently fold in the crab meat, chopped mushroom stems, and Parmesan cheese.
Spoon the crab mixture into the mushroom caps, packing it slightly.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the tops with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
