  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture over the sauce. Repeat with remaining sauce and spaghetti.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
