Ingredients
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh dill sprigs
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp and thinly sliced cucumbers.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
