Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1/2 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Assorted crackers, chips, or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the chopped shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the cooked shrimp, crab meat, drained spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
