6 graham crackers, broken in half
6 large marshmallows
3 chocolate bars, broken into sections
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your deep fryer to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches the same temperature.
Prepare the s’mores by placing a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate on one half of each graham cracker. Top with the remaining graham cracker halves to form sandwiches.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
Dip each assembled s’more into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
