Ingredients
8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
1 cup diced dill pickles
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pickle juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer the cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl.
Add diced dill pickles, diced red onion, diced bell pepper, diced celery, and chopped fresh dill to the bowl with the cooked pasta.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
Gently toss the pasta salad with the dressing until everything is evenly coated.
