Ingredients

Scale

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup beef broth

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle and place a slice of roast beef and a sprinkle of provolone cheese in the center.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the tops of the biscuits.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

While the biscuits are baking, heat beef broth in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm.

Serve the biscuits hot with warm beef broth for dipping.
