Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
Add shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Mix well.
Combine the cooked pasta and chicken mixture in a large baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Sprinkle over the pasta.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the sauce is bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
