1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender-crisp.

Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine.
