1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

1 can cheddar cheese soup (10.5 oz)

1 cup milk

4 cups frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
