Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir in the dried thyme and dried parsley.
