Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz noodles (such as spaghetti or udon)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ground beef. Stir well to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss together with the beef and sauce until noodles are well coated.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
