1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup nacho cheese sauce, warmed

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)


Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.

Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.

Divide the cooked beef mixture among the tortillas, placing it down the center.

Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, jalapeños, and black olives as desired.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly to enclose the filling.

Serve immediately, with extra nacho cheese sauce if desired.
