Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup nacho cheese sauce, warmed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.
