1 cup powdered sugar

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and stir well. Allow the gelatin to cool slightly, but not set.

Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Pour the cooled gelatin over the strawberries, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2-4 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.
