Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
