- 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- Add shredded cheese like cheddar or Parmesan during the last 5 minutes of baking for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce: ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.
