Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the perfect bite-sized treats! Soft, cheesy, and bursting with garlic butter flavor, they are a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8 biscuits)

8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch each)

4 tablespoons butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the Pillsbury biscuits and flatten each one slightly.

Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each dough ball.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky bites!
