Indulge in these decadent Reese’s Butterfinger Cheesecake Bars! Creamy cheesecake layered with Reese’s and Butterfinger pieces, all atop a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for any sweet tooth craving!
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
