Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 lb ground sausage
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked sausage until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto each triangle.
Roll up each crescent roll, starting from the wide end. Place the rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
