- 1/2 pound lasagna noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, crab, and scallops. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until seafood is just cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, marinara, and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
