1 package wonton wrappers

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Cooking spray


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

Press one wonton wrapper into each mini muffin cup, forming a cup shape.

Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each baked wonton cup.

Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
