1 ½ cups beef stock

15 oz diced tomatoes (fire-roasted recommended)

1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked

2 cups shredded cheese

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ teaspoons Montreal Grill Seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Brown ground beef in a large pan over medium heat.

Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Montreal Grill Seasoning.

Stir in beef stock, diced tomatoes, and rice.

Transfer to the casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
