Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced green chilies, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
