1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 can (16 oz) refried beans

1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and taco seasoning mix. Mix until well blended.

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the chopped green chilies over the top of the mixture.

Top with shredded Mexican cheese blend and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Add sliced black olives on top if using.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
