Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving overhang for easy removal later.
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly with a spatula.
If desired, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top for added texture and flavor.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fudge is firm and set.
Once set, lift the fudge from the baking dish using the overhang of parchment paper or foil. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
