Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
1/2 cup cashews, toasted
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, diced apple, diced pear, toasted cashews, thinly sliced red onion, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
