Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Brush both sides of the pineapple slices generously with the brown sugar mixture.
- Place pineapple on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and pineapple is heated through.
- Brush with extra brown sugar mixture while grilling, if desired, for extra caramelization.
- Remove from grill and arrange on a serving platter.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
