Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. 3. Shape mixture into meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned. 5. While meatballs are baking, prepare the Spinach Alfredo Sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. 7. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy. 8. Add chopped spinach leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and gently toss to coat. 10. Serve over cooked pasta of your choice.
Notes
Ground turkey can be used instead of chicken. Fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti pair well with Alfredo sauce, but feel free to use any pasta shape you like.
