- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then arrange them in the prepared dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Asiago cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes until the topping is deeply golden.
