- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
- 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked bacon (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
- Add shredded cheese, ham or bacon (if using), bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the omelet is set in the center and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
Notes
- Customize with spinach, mushrooms, or tomatoes for extra veggies.
