Ingredients
– 1 cup long-grain white rice – 1 stick (1/2 cup or 113g) unsalted butter, melted – 2 cups chicken broth or water – Salt and pepper, to taste – Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. 2. In a bowl, combine the rice and melted butter. Stir until rice is well coated. 3. Transfer the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. 4. Pour chicken broth or water over the rice. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or a lid. 6.
