Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cooked pasta, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
