Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the sautéed onion and bell pepper, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
