Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 cans (15 ounces each) white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add diced chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in drained and rinsed white beans, diced green chilies, chicken broth, ground cumin, dried oregano, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
